Not odd at all, big banks buy n sell.
Sometime at a loss, it could be a short cover. Either way, if vol continue to churn up, big time spec is coming for NOD.

If the Citi is using the the sell vol to create short position, then watch out for the big dump end the FY report, like I said before, no big contract wit NOD meaning more losses on it's way.
