    In AFR article they said it was to YORK CAPITAL...

    Interesting UBS trading in the securities and also being CER's advisors..manipulation? who knows..

    The CEO should now re-instate a distribution policy,(post US assets Closing).Regardless of an amalgamation.. This would be an definite advantage in boosting the SP, hence boosting CER's bargaining position in any amalgamation process..imo
