By the way, with no resource upgrade the look through on the TLM/Mitsubishi deal is 30c a share to HZN. So, even without an upgrade (which has been repeatedly flagged), you're buying the producing Maari field and the development field 22/12 for free. Not to mention an option on exploration and further resource upgrades.
