Not quite right pencilin.....

Acorn have sold just under 2 mil of the approx 62 mil shares that they hold.....i.e. a relatively small amount of their total holdings.
It takes them under the 5% required to be 'substantial holder', hence the notice, but they are still a significant holder.

They have been selling down since the start of the year. I am happy to see them remain on the register as it means they still see growth for HZN. Acorn are primarily motivated by picking growth stories.

I suspect they have sim[ply been re-jigging the portfolio.

Are you sure they have been shorting HZN, or are you speculating?
