This clears up one of the mysteries of who are major shareholders.
It looks like Centaurus took 3 months to notify ASX that they had sold out. Being O/Seas, maybe they can get away with being late, but surely SBL were also accountable for some part of this. They never ever saw fit to publish who was still holding e.g Top 20, after LG deal closed. Smells, I say.
Now I read it as they are well short of the steps to 85%, then 90%, & bound by T/O rules to get there. How am I going?
