Japes - just belated (3 months) confirmation that we never stood a chance and that the ASX are next to useless. You're right they won't lay a glove on a foreign hedgie and even if they did they'd just set up another vehicle.

The question is - does the 76.22% LG holding include the 162m Centarus shares sold/transferred on March 29 - 2 days after the offer closed?

If not then that means LG held 82.2% as of end of March plus what has been acquired in the last 3 months, which is likely to put them near or over 85%.

We could ring the secretary for clarification but what's the point?

And by the time the Annual Report comes out it will be the end of Sept/Oct so it could be all over by then.

I'd like to say a lot more but I might go for a walk and calm down. Maybe when I get back I'll try and work out where the 162m shares sit in the LG holding.
