WHY HAS IT TAKEN 3 MONTHS FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT ?

The announcement today indicates that Centaurus ceased to be a holder of SBL shares on the 29th March. This is after the offer closing date.

The extended offer closed on the 27th of march.

LG announced on the 28th March that they had 76.22%. It appears that they only have that amount now yet Centaurus appear to have accepted the deal after the bell on the 29th, yet was already included in the LG total holding.

SBL MUST produce to the market a TOP 20 shareholders list NOW !!!!!

The remaining SBL holders should be able to see were we stand. It would appear that there are more of us out there than LG would like us to beleive , closer to the 24% mark.

It appears that there may have been some smoke and mirrors dealings towards the end of the takeover offer to give the appearance that LG where a lot closer to the 90% than they really were and probably currently are.

The new management have been a lot more proactive in informing us of whats going on which is a positive, but I feel this is an important issue that needs to be put in the open, firstly from a companies responsibility point and secondly for the new board to continue to build trust with its shareholders other than just LG.

LG are the majority shareholder and can pretty well do what ever they want but equally we have the right to be informed honestly.

We still hold the future of the company in our hands and SBL will have to play by Australian governances as long as we all hold our positions and prevent compulsory aquisition.

If we didn't see unrealised value we would have accepted the LG offer. The current share price of LG after exchange rates of the 1 for 34 puts SBL shares at about AU.028c yet they are selling at .008. Crazy !

Its quiet obvious there are lots of us still out there waiting for this one to shine as it should.

Looking forward to the quaterly report and annual report in the near future.
