Suppositions:
The 59M looks close to the 58M ann by LG.
That leaves 178M, 17M, 96M (Total 291M,) which is somewhere around 287M , being the last ann by LG. As no details are ever shown of who took up the offer, then we can only look at these main ann's, & ponder.

I'm still guessing that all the Substantials have gone.
