the worst case scenario I figure LG wouldn't have included the centarus numbers in their published notices (on purpose)and that would then have them holding just under 84%. Just another error or omission by some incompetent at LG or Centr? B..S..! IMO its delibarate and engineered to achive their outcome, which was to roll the majority of SBL shareholders as cheaply as possible and now screw the remaining holding on.

ie LG's 2,103,320,510 SBL shares at 27th March
plus Centaurs 167,823,630 (which somehow miraculously converted on the 29th March, two days after closing!!!@#$f..hell!!!)

Love to know the name of that loophole.

I would also imagine SBL directors would have been in full knowledge of this for the last 3 month but chose not press either centaur or LG to publish this information.

I guess we'll be hearing something soon from LG who in the past have usually followed up a centaur or Weiss announcement.
