Wouldn't one assume, with the recent spate of events, Billy would have something up his sleeve to counter-act the SP. Surely he new the significance of what he was about to do, (allowing for shorters and panic sellers) and what effect it would have in the SP. Billy B is a very smart man, and wants shareholders to be rewarded, hence the FF divey. I'd expect Billy to release something pretty soon. There is heaps of news flow due out, and I believe he will deliver...
