No the deal appears to have been done before the bid was announced. CBA and its subs had a minor holding within their various funds. It was above their in-house ST valuation so they took it.

Nothing stopping you also moving on as they will be a time gap before we know the details from "other interested parties".

I note the target price if successful will be the lowest M&A metric seen to date despite the LT superior economics of it PCI/HCC projects.
