    NOD is in the process of advertising for sale 5 houses in Derby, WA for a total of $2m-$2.5m (ie nearly 1c/shr in cash proceeds). These proceeds will be booked by NOD and will further boost cash reserves. This is in addition to the $5m-$6m of asset sales flagged.
