It looks like some clients of Acorn Capital sold 1,919,941 shares at total of $274,669 between Nov.7 2013 and 30 Jan 2014.

That implies an average sale price of 14.3 cents. The reason of this sale might be the fear that the sp could have gone south of 14.3c. But the sp went up to 18c (16.5c today). That looks like a wrong decision has been made.
