Bergen is out, two directors of a key shareholder have been bumped, the rest of the Board wants another massive dilution: death throes of another attempt to run the Texas mine.

So, what the hell happened to the funds raised previously - surely even this Board couldn't have squandered all of it on first class travel to the US and beyond chasing sucker fantasies.

Then again.......
