Interesting today's Non exec director apppointment, one of the guys from Alceon Group - the most recent accumulator.

Wonder if they're just looking to take an interest and sit on it, or go further with some sort of merger or takeover. Hopefully not the first as I'd rather see some definitive action e.g. someone trying to come in, take over and turn the whole thing around, rather than some strategic/cornerstone investor.
