    So Quixote have sold their their 13.13% stake - who to? Dolby increased their stake by roughly 6% and Myer by 1%. No substantial shareholder statement for the remaining 6% - so either there was been a failure to disclose or it was placed in parcels less than 5%.

    Given Quixote's holding was significant enough to justify a board place I would have expected a statement by CGS as baseline.

    Positive or negative for the shareprice? ... volumes on markets always seem to increase prior to good/bad news.. prob sour grapes on my behalf. Small caps are a long term play, but lack of transparency has me miffed.
