Just read in HHV newsletter that UBS have initiated coverage with a buy rating

The stock benefitted from an initiation of coverage and
“buy” rating from UBS over the month that placed a $2.25 target on the stock. UBS cited that
investing in collocation being driven by a number of secular trends that are currently playing out in the Australian
market including: 1) growth in data centre based IP traffic; 2) outsourcing/consolidation of smaller legacy data
centres; 3) increasing power and cooling requirements that are difficult for in-house solutions to handle; 4) cloud
technology maturity driving adoption of as-a-service delivery models; and 5) growth in the importance of
interconnectivity which can be established within neutral data centre ecosystems
