Whoever smashed 3M volume out of NomuraInstanet at 13-12c is to blame
They sold extremely aggressively, ensure it matched down every close and even sold into the bid after being hit on the offer for large volume numerous times - not a smart seller, but not if you not chasing best price
Where did Nomura get 3M to sell and on behalf of you ?
The rest of the selling if you look appears to be on flow panic from various other brokers and accounts
