    Sometimes, one has to try seeing matters from the Chinese angle as well.

    The Chinese have delayed the Mbalam-Nabeba project for 3 years already (1.5 years of insider trading scam, NDRC BS, multiple delays and engineered Hanlong collapse) and (1.5 years tendering because China wanted to contest).

    The EPC being awarded to Mota-Engil and Standard Bank taking charge with the debt arranging is a good sign.
