He bought 50M+ @ 0.2c in the recent placement, sold 10M @ 0.3c so is now no longer a substantial holder - no big deal

That accounts for 10M of volume last week, and going by the broker trades we can now track if he sells anymore

He still owns 40m of them, so let's not get caught up

Had he of bought a few M less originally we would be none the wiser

Remember, brokers make money by churning their clients. I imagine all sophs who participated still retain a core holding, but the brokers would have been encouraging them to flip some so they can churn and burn them into the next thing
