there are many juniors could not raise funds and even quite happy if they could raise 200k........

so what make you think Duo, a small mining junior, could raise millions to pay off debt, raise another 700k cash at bank????

all because Duo is doing a tech deal so funds would like to park their cash here.....

the selling is really not a big deal compared the amount have been allocated and also it also come those bought before and sold inpatiently....

just have to wait to see sp appreciate when deal announced....
