My watchlist have 50 tech stocks , criteria are:

Good governance (directors),
Unique tech,
Has cash to burn ( if in business , not start up),
Good potential to grow - fundamentals, and sp will follow,
*Good value
( not over-hyped, ie cheapest house in best location) is d'most important factor!

Duo is specky shell (like a new IPO), so some criteria are thrown out thee window.
It's cheap and thanks to PW's recent stellar back-door activities ( bar one weedy affair),
i am happy to wait for it!

Of the 50 on watchlist, only 4 or 5 are worth investing.

Most are over-priced or over-hyped (by rampers, tip-sheets, etc).
The others - tech are too hard to understand for my IQ.

You need 2 or 3 good calls to make good money every 1 or 2 year.
Let see if Duo is one of them.
