Here's what I can see...
Commsec shows the March 26 trade of 21M-odd shares leaving him with 5.83% of the company.
Then it shows on April 27 his new %age dropped to "-", however it shows zero shares traded.
So... I wonder if this just means he has dropped below a required reporting level (which I am guessing is 5%).
Perhaps the new rights issue has diluted his holding enough (even with him taking up some of the entitlement) that he no longer holds a big enough stake to require it to be reported.
I'm still pretty new at all this - perhaps someone with more experience can confirm if this is a plausible explanation for the data we're seeing.
