Yes from the last announcement he pick up 3.5mill shares in the rights issue - bring the total to just under 37million.
He did sell a bunch in march 2015 at around 3.5c.
Probably short of cash - or else he would have taken a larger participation. (if he was out why would he buy such a small amount)
