Deutsche are wildly know at the architect of the TRS (Total Return Swap) which is a very clever way for someone to accumlate shares (up to 4.99%) without being identified, tracing notices etc will own show the DB ownership not the underlying person it's being accumulated for.



When a TRS serves it's purpose the shares are then physically sold to the 'real' owner on market and typically when the 'real' owner is ready to come out over 5%
