To clear up some confusion here, the holder that has been selling is not Alan Finkel. He will step down from the board due to his appointment as Chief Scientist of Australia, but that doesn't mean he will necessarily sell his substantial holding. You'll note in the notice he still has 9m shares.
The previous sub holder that has been selling down (Asia Union Investments - a family investment fund) was doing so at 30-40c too. They first went substantial in 2006 paying 10c.
I wouldn't read too much into their selling.
