The short interest is only 2.3% so whatever moves are happening are not driven by short sellers.

But borrow is still extremely tight and likely more so after the above move by Harbour.

If 1PG does go into a bigger index like ASX300, then borrow will likely ease up quite a bit (index funds typically allow their shares to be lent out), so will need to keep an eye on the short interest to see if it increases post any inclusion.
