    I read this as evidence of their being less demand for stock to be shorted, and / or UBS is no longer prepared to hold stock in SGH (even for shorting purposes) due to perceived company risk

    In any case, UBS is a parasite that has been feeding off SGH for a long time, so in that sense at least this is a noteworthy development
