I think we are safe from a takeover for the time being.
The fact that it's Russia would be daunting for most large aggressors out there that currently may be running the numbers.
The Board and Management have made huge inroads developing trust and cooperation, operating at all levels with the Russians and I couldn't see an outsider taking it on and making it work at the stage we are at now.
Having said that, the vast bulk of the company is now held by by the big three (two of them Russian).
Privatising, or the Russians taking it all on keeping management intact, could be possible..

Available funding options going forward should be the catalyst for any internal move imo.
