i realise the russians rationale is to treble their investment at a minimum... so their average is .12 imho at the moment, so the .36 is where they would like to be should they want to start making a profit and selling anything they own... my view is its dead duck on the asx.. they wont seek funding here as the Australian government is dead against russia and would rather go to war than to trade with it... i think its on the wrong exchange... china and asia is the marketplace.. thats where this should be.. or private and we just make a killing on it into the future with dividends and an eventual sale... but there is nothing here in australia.. no office, its just not getting any interest..
