    A1 Capital had just over 6% of TND, with their 13.5m shares
    They sold 8m shares...this takes their holdings below 3%
    A form 605 has already been issued to the asx, to say that they are no longer a substantial holder.
    This means they do not have tell anyone when they sell the other 5.5m shares they hold.
    They probably flogged the 5.5m shares today.
    Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong.
