I appreciate your forewarning investors about past deals with TND and management. Although I do honestly think this proposed acquisition and the Mark Creasy factor however shouldn't be just palmed off as another deal that doesn't come to fruition and lines managements pockets.

As far as broker talk goes in Perth and Sydney and broker data I have viewed (with Pershing Securities racking up 38 million in the last few days) I know for a fact this stock is being heavily accumulated. Yes there have been some 'ceasing to be a substantial holder' notices come out with this new found volume. A big churn of old stale holders from the past days where TND provided nothing is more then welcome to me. There are some sticky hands purchasing ATM and I am loaded up and quite confident.

Time will tell.
