Good luck with this. Essentially you are buying into a one page announcement. You aren't buying into the management, the track record of the company, any detail on this deal. Just a massive gamble based on assessing one page and ignoring everything else that surrounds these guys. If you happen to be on the right side of whatever they are playing at then you might get lucky. If you are on the wrong side, more likely, you'll end up joining the many who can't stand this company. But whatever you choose to do, let's not pretend this is informed investing. Far from it.
