They don't dump - their substantial holding is a "beneficial interest". They are borrowed shares, and they've just given some back (ie: they expect that they'll no longer benefit from shorting so they purchased on market and returned the stock to whom ever it was borrowed from). The business is fine. Record crop coming up, Almond prices recovering, Food Division growing - we're in good shape. All the more reason to cover your shorts!
