I don't know what the next resistance level will be. I simply look at the fundamentals and reach the conclusion that the stock is worth significantly more than the current market price and the market will catch up when it is ready.

As far as why would Pac Road want to creep 3% @18cps, well that is interesting to me because from a defensive/control position Pac Road didn't need to do that. They were on 24% and could creep at 3% every 6 months for the next 18mths by periodically exercising their options @1.25cps.

Also, if Pybar needed the cash, then I would expect to see that they have sold the balance of their holding.

Yes I am speculating and it simply could be a case of willing buyer willing seller.
