What on earth is everyone talking about?
I stated its not what we are looking for because its NOT a notice of someone dumping, which would explain recent trading.
This is a notice saying that the holder's shares have simply diluted to a stage where they are no longer classified as a substantial holder. Over a month AGO!! Reading into it further is just hearsay.
