So as of that announcement would that have meant that Acorn has sold all of their shares or just below the thresh hold for a substantial share holder?
If I look at those days that were in the announcement. Acorn had over 18 million shares and the volume of the last 3 days was around 28 million. It would seem to me that it was Acorn was selling off all their shares, which may have accounted for more than 60% of the total volume, if they did sell all their shares.
