The links that I found during my research are as follows:

- CPS Capital acted as lead manager for the recapitalisation of QNL. Eddie King works for CPS.

- Steven Formica (QNL director) is also non-executive director for CBS. Eddie King is non-executive chairman for CBS.

- David Palumbo (QNL director) is also company secretary for EUC. Eddie King is a non-executive director for EUC.

- Jeremy King has sold with Mirador absent from latest T20.

So from my understanding there is no concrete link. Perhaps @treasurehunter can clarify (re: Eddie King) because if he participated in the recapitalisation he may be privy to more information than I have.
