LOL. You clearly don't understand CAGR on any level. You can look up any number of calculators and they will spit out the numbers you plug in but you aren't using it correctly.

First -- you can't create a future CAGR for a stock you don't own anymore because ... well ... You don't own it and it isn't growing.

Second --- people use CAGR historically to average out volatile returns .. Not to anticipate future ones.

Just for laughs i actually followed your link and it says in that very site: "The compound annual growth rate cannot also be considered as a reliable forecast of growth because no matter how steady the growth rate of an investment has been in the past, it is not guaranteed that this will be the case in the future because of other factors in the market that affect the growth rate of an investment."
