Though every now and then they go over the 5% and have to issue one of these.
It seems to be getting incrementally lower though.

Either they know that the next announcement will be negative, or assume that it will under-deliver based on previous history. Richard clearly understands the negative impact of over-promising and under-delivering. We should soon find out whether the next announcement will break the trend.
