Yer my initial thoughts were the three co-run the company and make decisions on where they invest and Torney got cold feet, possibly looking to put his "third" elsewhere.
However after looking over those amended and re-lodged initial directors interest forms it seems Shaw had Stirling wealths Holdings listed initially as non direct interest (or whatever) and in the amended copies Stirling wealth is not listed anymore. Possibly something going on there at Stirling wealth.
The further RFN separates itself from dykes and Torney the better, or so it seems according to hotcopper threads of companies they have directed (or what is left of those threads).
