I think we might be a few years away from divvies mark, which I'm happy with. Nxt's management have so far shown great skills in what they have achieved in a short space of time. After m2 and s2 are up and running it will be all hands on deck to make substantial sales. Love the way that fit out is closely aligned with sales. I told the wife several years ago that this would be a $10 stock by 2020 and the way we are going it may even happen sooner. 2019 and 2020 are going to be when our investments will seriously pay off. Could be a takeover target from the likes of equinix tho once m2 and s2 are up and running imo. Anyway love the way nxt is traveling atm. Gltah. Ps I'm thinking a token first dividend will probably be around 2020-21 but who knows?
