Seems notice related mostly to dilution from placement. They sold 500,000 to take them under the threshold. They are still holding >13 million shares.
Since the placement news this stock has been soaking well. Want to see a bounce like a tennis ball soon, preferably within 10 days of the recent high. Otherwise expect a new base will form in this range.
