I just see this post now wrote similar on the other thread.
It looks like Traxys are continuing to sell but it seems surprising that it would be them.
They are a big player in the cobalt space. Found this article which mentions that Huayou and Traxys were in talks with VW about securing cobalt supplies.

It’s possible that Nzuri will be supplying cobalt to VW directly or indirectly over the next year or two along with Glencore.
