More correctly, I should have said that if APG places additional shares (through a further capital raising) with professional investors (including Kronos) and this increased Kronos' interest in APG's issued capital by more than .01%, it would be required to lodge a further notice declaring a substantial interest >5% in APG.
Now wouldn't that be a turn-up for the books?
