As they have been selling since November the Board would have known they wanted to exit. Why would the Board not arrange a major buyer (Lepu comes to mind) to acquire their shares. The Board could have placed 10% with Lepu and had Lepu acquire their 5% stake. Its not like we were desperate to get $29m in the bank. The Board continues to show no strategic skills
