imo, the same substantial holder will dump his remaing shares when buyer side reaches his desired quantity at similar previous price or maybe he has been waiting for the buyer side to build up at 0.011 so he could dump his remaining 41 million shares again. Time will tell.
If this happens, then expect the unespected reaction from the markets.
