My thoughts are insiders possibly have word of another offer.... only thing that makes financial sense to me

If SRX receive another offer, per the terms of the scheme of arrangement, Do they have to communicate the offer to Varian before the market? I thought I saw a clause which said SRX has to give them 5 days to consider the counter offer. If so negotiations could be happening right now. All speculation obviously.
