You are absolutely spot on.
A pissy bit of summer rain in a few places has done nothing for the majority of the cropping areas which are bone dry.
The summer has been a great disappointment so far. We are closer to the coast with grazing country but are well below our average Jan/ Feb rainfall.
Good luck to all. We have two nephews out Bellata and Moree way who could use a decent season.
