MW had 92M on 10th Jan 1018 and since sold 57M up to and including the 14th Feb leaving him with still an enormous holding of 35M shares
I would guess that he needed some money for another project/investment. He had no idea about the CBA news, if he did he wouldn’t have been selling between the 10th Jan and 12th Feb, frankly he’s probably kicking himself!
Anyway, as a few have posted, nothing to be concerned about.
